Are you an early riser with a knack for punctuality and a passion for hitting the
road?

We’re looking for dedicated and reliable part-time drivers to deliver our fresh
products to shops and wholesale customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Starting bright and early 2:30 AM
• Working on a 4-day rota (minimum 20 hours/week) across a 6/7-day schedule, including weekends.
• Delivering products safely and efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Handling some heavy lifting, so you’ll need to be comfortable with physical tasks.

What You’ll Need:

• Be 25 years or older (insurance
  requirement).
• A full, clean driving license with Cat C1.
• Outstanding timekeeping skills to keep everything running smoothly.
• A polite, flexible, and conscientious attitude—you’ll be the face of our bakery on the road.
• Your own transportation to reach our bakery, as we’re located in a remote area without public transport.

Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week - working 5 days out of 7.

Part Time- Shop Assistant – Oakham £12.71 per hour (21 and over) 3-5 out of 7 days (includes weekends)

Hours : Monday to Wednesday night & Saturday 11pm to 6am, Thursday and Friday night 8pm to 6am

This vital role is perfect for motivated individuals, over 18, who thrive in a fast paced environment. As a Night Time Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, organising and preparing product for dispatch during the overnight shift to our shops and wholesale customers. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure that orders are accurately fulfilled and ready for delivery the next day.

About the Role:

• Working with a team of packers to dispatch all our orders to our shops and wholesalers
• To ensure we get the right product in the right place at the right time
• Working in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
• Carefully pack products according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
• Flagging any issues or challenges promptly to your Manager
• Maintaining a clean environment and meeting and exceeding all Health and Safety regulations
• The bakery is in a rural location, your own transport is essential

About You:

• Must be over 18 years old with the ability to work during night shifts
• A team player who also work confidently on their own
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to stand., walk, bend and lift for extended periods
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Previous experience in packing or warehouse roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
• Basic numeracy skills for inventory check and order processing
• A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, efficiency and quality
• Flexible and willing to support the smooth running of the business
• Reliable, with own transport (the bakery is in a rural location)
• Ideally living within 20 miles of Stretton
