Love the bread normally but was disappointed it was in a plastic bag and not a paper so it had

Love the bread normally but was disappointed it was in a plastic bag and not a paper so it had become chewy. Paper bags in future please. If it was in a paper you get a 5 all day long

Thanks for your comments - please can we ask that you make a note on your order form, that you would like your bread sliced and prepared in one of our waxed bags not slicing bags. Hopefully this will elevate this problem in the future
