Handmade using our own puff Pastry and stuffed with Currants and Cane Sugar. It is Milk washed and then sugared again to make a crispy, gooey delight!

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS: Currants (Sulphites), Wheat Flour, Margarine, Demerara Sugar, Rum, Muscovado Sugar, Water, Sugar, Butter (Milk), Salt, Lemon Juice. For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE NUT PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED.

Eccles cakes plus

I would have preferred slightly less filling and a slightly thicker case. The balance was not quite right for me.The taste however was lovely.
